1. Data collected

Global Prayer Times does not collect any personal data. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising networks. Your city selection is stored only in your browser's localStorage and never transmitted to our servers.

2. Third-party services

Prayer times are fetched from the Aladhan API (aladhan.com). Your city name is sent to the Aladhan API as part of this request. Aladhan's own privacy policy governs their use of this data.

Location is opt-in only. If you tap "Use my location", your browser asks for GPS permission and we match your coordinates to the nearest city entirely on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers or any third party. We do not use IP-based geolocation.

3. Browser notifications

If you enable prayer reminders, your browser handles the notification scheduling entirely on-device. We do not use push notification services or store any notification tokens.
