The post-prayer tasbeeh
It is sunnah to recite the following after every obligatory prayer:
- SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah) — 33 times
- Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allah) — 33 times
- AllahuAkbar (Allah is the Greatest) — 34 times
This totals 100 remembrances after each prayer, which the Prophet ﷺ described as erasing sins "even if they were as foam on the sea." (Muslim 597)
