About Gilani Noor Mosque

Gilani Noor Mosque in Hanley is one of the most prominent mosques in Stoke-on-Trent and the wider Staffordshire Potteries area, established in 2001. The mosque follows the Qadiri-Razawi Sufi tradition and is a major centre for Islamic spirituality and community life in the region.

The mosque hosts the five daily prayers, multiple Friday Jumu'ah sessions, large Eid congregations and taraweeh throughout Ramadan. It is known for its Mawlid celebrations and Sufi gatherings that attract worshippers from across the Midlands and North of England.

Gilani Noor Mosque also runs an Islamic school, youth programmes and community welfare services for Muslim families across Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire.
