What is this page, and what is it not?

Jummah (جُمُعَة) is the Friday congregational prayer and khutbah. It is fard for men who can attend and replaces Dhuhr (Quran 62:9). This URL is the index of mosques in our database that have a sourced Jummah time — across 24 countries. Two khutbahs then two rakats is the rite; most large mosques run more than one congregation. What time is Jummah prayer?
Jummah follows Dhuhr and varies by mosque and season. North America and Australia are often 12:30–2:00pm; UAE and Saudi Arabia around 12:00–1:00pm; South Asia around 1:00–2:00pm. The number on this page is a sourced Jamaat where we have one — always confirm with the mosque.
Is Jummah prayer compulsory?
Yes, for resident adult Muslim men who can attend. Quran 62:9 commands leaving trade for the Friday prayer. It replaces Dhuhr that day. Women may attend but are not obligated; they pray Dhuhr at home if they do not go.
How many rakats is Jummah prayer?

Can women attend Jummah prayer?
